These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of your Miksmik account and the Miksmik sign-in service ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your Miksmik account lets you sign in to all Miksmik apps on the web, mobile, or desktop. Each Miksmik app may have its own additional terms, which apply together with these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You may sign in using a third-party account, such as Google. Your use of that account is also governed by the third party's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.

The service, including its software and design, belongs to us and is protected by law. These Terms do not give you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. If changes are significant, we will notify you in the app before they take effect. If you continue to use the service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
